Buying a home is equally as much about the buying experience as it is about the home we find together. We can’t stress enough how important we believe it is to build that experience for our clients.
How do we do that? We start by getting to know you. Sure, we discuss bedrooms, square footage, proximity to schools and recreation. But all real estate agents do that.
We try to get to know you as well, so we’re interested in learning about you. Which means we ask a lot of questions! Things like:
- Is this your five-year home? Your ten-year home? Your lifetime home? It’s important to create a buying plan that considers more than just today.
- What kind of architecture do you like? Ranch, bungalow, new modern, etc? What is going to feel like home for you?
- Where do you live now? What do you love about it? What do you want to change about it?
- What does the word “home” mean to you?
- And so many more!
The people who work with us will tell you we’re relationship people. We love helping people through transitions. We enjoy educating clients on the nuances of the buying process and we work really hard to be sure that you fall in love with your next home
