Buying a home is equally as much about the buying experience as it is about the home we find together. I can’t stress enough how important I believe it is to build that experience for my clients.
How do I do that? I start by getting to know you. Sure, we discuss bedrooms, square footage, proximity to schools and recreation. But all real estate agents do that.
I try to get to know you as well, so I’m interested in learning about you. Which means I ask a lot of questions! Things like:
