What I want people to know most about buying a home is this:

Buying a home is equally as much about the buying experience as it is about the home we find together. I can’t stress enough how important I believe it is to build that experience for my clients.

How do I do that? I start by getting to know you. Sure, we discuss bedrooms, square footage, proximity to schools and recreation. But all real estate agents do that.

I try to get to know you as well, so I’m interested in learning about you. Which means I ask a lot of questions! Things like:

  1. Is this your five-year home? Your ten-year home? Your lifetime home? It’s important to create a buying plan that considers more than just today.
  2. What kind of architecture do you like? Ranch, bungalow, new modern, etc? What is going to feel like home for you?
  3. Where do you live now? What do you love about it? What do you want to change about it?
  4. What does the word “home” mean to you?
  5. And so many more!

The people who work with me will tell you I’m a relationship person. I love helping people through transitions. I enjoy educating clients on the nuances of the buying process and I work really hard to be sure that you fall in love with your next home

Christine was extremely helpful in finding us a home when we moved to Denver. She understood what we were looking for and made our search efficient and helped us understand the market well. I have worked with many agents both commercial and residential and could not have asked for anyone better. She found us a home that was perfect for us and was a pleasure to work with.
